Service packs

There are different service packs offered on different markets. The exact contents are stated on the Shop pages.  Generally speaking there is a range from Basic to Valet packs.

BASIC (included in Server licence)
The Basic pack does not give any personal advice. That is to say, you will not get the opportunity to ask questions of the type: “How should I do in this situation?”

STANDARD
Standard packs is intended for those who need some support to get started.

VALET
The Valet pack is for those who want to have everything set up and ready to run.

TABLE LICENCES
Note that the service packs are optional, while it is mandatory to have a licence for each table.

Also note that you can ask for a refund for a service package if you would not be satisfied with the service provided, but there is no refund on purchased table licences, c.f. the terms of trade.
